Ben Riley
I am an entrepreneur, creative leader, and social impact founder working across events, promotion, brand building, CICs, and purpose-led businesses. With a background as a rapper and music producer, my work is rooted in culture, storytelling, and community-building, using creativity as a tool for connection, recovery, and change.
I am the founder of Drywave Recovery CIC and Kingdom Together Homes Ltd, delivering innovative projects across sober education, sober living, wellness and wellbeing, and supported pathways for people rebuilding their lives. My practice blends lived experience, philosophy, CDT-informed thinking, and trauma-aware delivery, creating spaces that are both aspirational and safe.
I have extensive experience in project delivery, facilitation, fundraising, and bid writing, including securing six-figure public funding. Alongside this, I mentor individuals and emerging leaders, supporting personal development, recovery, and long-term independence through grounded, real-world guidance.
What sets my work apart is the ability to bridge culture and care, creativity and structure, lived experience and professional delivery — building platforms, communities, and systems that genuinely support wellbeing and transformation.
Together, this team is driving the Games forward with renewed energy and a bold vision for the future.
